After a phone consultation to make sure we are the right fit for your architectural drafting and design project, we meet you at site to assess the existing conditions. Site visits range anywhere from vacant land for new construction to existing houses looking for renovation services. While on site, we gather site information and details to use to begin the drafting and design process.

Our architectural drafting and design first phase focuses on clients needs, functional needs, space planning and high level design details all while keeping in mind their budget.
We work with our clients ideas, sketches, inspirational photos and create design plan(s) discussing use of space, functional needs and project goals.

Our process includes residential drafting blueprints to submit to the city for approval to build intended structure per national and provincial building codes.
**We can submit and handle permit drawings with city for permit approval.

Based on the clients wants after we've established a and completed construction drawings, we start selecting the material finishes for the space. Finishing selections generally includes but are not limited to flooring, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, trim, kitchen selections, bathroom selections, hardware, paint, tile, stairs and railings. These finishes will be used in your 3D Renders if you purchase one.
