Consultation

After a phone consultation to make sure we are the right fit for your architectural drafting and design project, we meet you at site to assess the existing conditions. While on site, we gather site information and details to use to begin the drafting and design process. Site visits are typical for a renovation project, but can be useful for a new construction project when the property has an unconventional grade. Site visits give us information that we need to consider during our schematic design phase and our drafting phase, such as grade, obstacles (trees, running water, existing structures, etc.,), and other components that we'll need to design around.
